Arrive 10 minutes early
That gives our front desk time to get you checked in so your full 45 to 60 minutes is spent with Dr. Steve, not paperwork.
Wear comfortable clothes
Anything you can move in. Your posture analysis, exam and adjustment are all easier when you're not in tight or restrictive clothing.
Bring your ID & your questions
Jot down where it hurts, when it started and what makes it worse. Dr. Steve wants to hear all of it.
