‍Dr. Steven Enriquez, D.C., is the founder and lead chiropractor at Global Chiropractic, proudly serving the Tempe, Arizona community for over 20 years. Known for his compassionate care, expert adjustments, and holistic approach to healing, Dr. Steve is committed to helping patients live pain-free, active lives without unnecessary medications or surgery.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Arizona, then went on to receive his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences (formerly LACC). His educational foundation gives him a unique clinical perspective that bridges science with holistic, drug-free healing.

Dr. Steve specializes in treating back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, disc issues, and auto accident injuries, offering comprehensive services including spinal adjustments, decompression therapy, soft tissue therapy, rehab exercises, and lifestyle coaching.

‍Teresa Madrigal is the friendly face and compassionate voice behind the front desk at Global Chiropractic. As our Patient Care Coordinator, she plays a vital role in making every visit smooth, welcoming, and stress-free for our patients and their families.

Born and raised in Arizona, Teresa brings over a decade of experience in customer service and healthcare administration. Her passion for helping others shines through in every interaction—whether she's scheduling your appointment, verifying your insurance, or answering questions about your care plan.

Teresa is especially skilled in helping auto accident patients, guiding them through the paperwork, working with personal injury attornies, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Her attention to detail and warm energy help create the healing, supportive environment Global Chiropractic is known for.She loves building real relationships with patients and believes that great care starts with great communication.

Teresa speaks both English and Spanish, making her an essential part of our diverse Tempe community.

Diana is originally from California and brings a warm, welcoming energy to everything she does at Global Chiropractic. Outgoing by nature, she loves getting to know patients from the moment they walk through the door and genuinely enjoys being part of their care journey.

Outside the office, Diana loves spending time with her children — she's a proud mom of two, and family time is always at the top of her list. As a family, they love going to the gym together and dancing, which keeps things active and fun at home.Diana's outgoing spirit and love for connecting with people make her a natural fit for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for right from their first visit.

Paulina is a warm, dedicated part of the Global Chiropractic team who takes genuine pride in helping patients feel welcome from the moment they arrive. Her friendly, attentive approach helps create the kind of comfortable, caring environment that makes each visit a little easier.

Outside of work, Paulina enjoys spending quality time with the people she cares about most and finding ways to stay active and recharge. Her positive energy carries into everything she does at the office, making her a valued part of the team patients come to know and trust.

Crystal was born here in Arizona. She worked in child care and the dental field before moving over to Global Chiropractic. Her favorite part of the job is helping people and putting a smile on their face. In her free time she loves to read and listen to music.
